Any personal information that you submit will be used simply to process your orders and is protected by our secure server. You can also choose to receive information through our newsletter notifying you of important changes to our site or offering you special promotions which may interest you.
MI WOOLLIES is NOT involved in the selling, trading or alternative unauthorised use of personal information. We promise that we will not pass on any of your personal details to any other organisations.

At Mi Woollies we use 128-bit encryption software. This is the highest form of encryption possible and this protects your details as they travel over the internet. You can read more about our security measures below.
To recognise that our order form is secure, you will notice that when you arrive at our order-form page, on the bottom right hand side of your browser window, you can visibly see a padlock symbol. If you point your mouse over it, you will see that it recognises 128-bit encryption. Also, on that page, the internet address changes from http:// to https://. These changes show you that your browser has recognised that you have now arrived at an encrypted, secure page.
Shipping charges and the cost of any insurance cover requested will be calculated during the checkout phase of the purchase. As you proceed through the checkout these costs will be shown. They are calculated based on the weight of your total order and where abouts the order is being air freighted to. Note that the freight and insurance costs will be shown before you approve the transaction and your credit card is charged.
Goods will be dispatched from our warehouse to you within 2 working days of receipt of your order. If stock is not readily available at Mi Woollies we will send you an email notifying you of a slight delay. Your products will be delivered via New Zealand Post – Air International and will take approximately 10 working days to arrive. All goods up to $250.00 New Zealand Dollars (NZD) in value will be automatically insured. Insurance is optional during checkout for goods valued between $250 and $1,500 NZD at an additional cost of $10 NZD. The maximum insurable value per shipment is $1500 NZD. If your order is greater than this value we recommend that you seek additional cover from your end. If you are not home at the time of delivery your goods will be made available at your nearest post office.
The Mi Woollies Safe Shopping Guarantee protects you while you shop at www.miwoollies.com, so that you never have to worry about credit card security. We guarantee that every transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at Mi Woollies.
If you don't wish to order online at www.miwoollies.com we gladly accept orders by email, mail or fax.

Cancelling or Altering Your Order
If you would like to alter or cancel an order after receiving email confirmation please ring our customer services department +64 3 389 1038 or email us at sales@miwoollies.com.
Our policy is, and has always been, to satisfy every customer. We want you to be happy with your order and we stand behind every item we sell. Any problems will be expediently corrected. If any item in your order does not meet with your approval, simply return it within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt in new and unused condition and all merchandise tags attached. We will promptly replace it, exchange it, repair it or credit your original form of payment. (Shipping fees are not refundable).
If you need to return merchandise to us via mail please note the following:
- Proof of purchase (receipt and/or gift receipt) is required for all returns/exchanges.
- All merchandise must be returned to miwoollies.com in new and unused condition. (Unless return is due to defective materials or workmanship, not normal wear and tear).
- Please note that you are responsible for postage and insurance on all returned merchandise. Miwoollies.com will not reimburse for shipping or handling charges.
- Please note the reason for the return.
- Be sure to include a return address, email address and phone number.
- Indicate if you prefer an exchange, repair or refund.
- If exchanging, please indicate what you would like us to send back to you.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for a credit to show up on your statement.
