SHIPPING & RETURNS
MI WOOLLIES SHIPPING & INSURANCE POLICY:
Shipping charges and the cost of any insurance cover requested will be calculated during the checkout phase of the purchase. As you proceed through the checkout these costs will be shown. They are calculated based on the weight of your total order and where abouts the order is being air freighted to. Note that the freight and insurance costs will be shown before you approve the transaction and your credit card is charged.
Goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse to you within 2 working days of receipt of your order. If stock is not readily available at Mi Woollies we will send you an email notifying you of a slight delay. Please allow an extra 2-3 working days for Knitwear purchases which may need to be ordered in from the manufacturer if we are not holding the style purchased in stock. Should there be any further delays with knitwear orders Mi Woollies will send you an email advising of the delay.
Overseas orders will be delivered via New Zealand Post – Air International and will take approximately 5 to 10 working days to arrive. Please note that during the Christmas Holiday period there may be a slight delay with dispatch of orders.
Orders for delivery within New Zealand will take approximately 2 to 4 working days to arrive. For New Zealand customers we do offer a next working day courier service by arrangement. If you require this service please phone us on 0800 743 379 to book it. Please allow a little longer during the Christmas period.
It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure correct shipping/delivery details are provided via the online payment system. Mi Woollies is not responsible for reshipping orders at our expense if incorrect details are provided.
There are no export / import conditions or restrictions relating to any Mi Woollies products listed on this website. Individual countries have different rules regarding duty rates and exemption levels on imported goods. It is the importers responsibility to find out about the rules that relate to the country that they are importing to.
Insurance is optional during checkout at an additional cost of NZD $12.50. The maximum insurable value per shipment is NZD $1000.00. If your order is greater than this value we recommend that you organise your own personal insurance cover, or split the order into two.

We know that sometimes it is hard to always choose the perfect product whilst online and that is why we offer a generous exchange and refund process.
Mi Woollies Online Store is happy to honour customers with an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase for any Mi Woollies goods.
Any returns, exchange or refund will be processed by Mi Woollies only if the customer has purchased the product/s through our official Mi Woollies website www.miwoollies.com.
Items purchased through retail stores must be returned to the place of purchase for exchange/refund.
Items purchased through 3rd party websites must be returned to the place of purchase for exchange/refund.
Any customer wishing for direct exchange or refund must complete the below steps.
All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
The original shipping costs are not refundable.
Any customer wishing for a direct exchange or refund must send back the purchased Mi Woollies goods in their original and unworn condition in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
Any products that are returned that do not comply with original condition standards will be sent back to you at your expense.

Upon receiving the goods at Mi Woollies Head Office one of our friendly customer service team members will issue a direct exchange or refund. Exchanges and returns will be sent to the address that we have recorded for you in our website database at www.miwoollies.com/login. If you have subsequently moved address make sure that you log into your account on our website and update your delivery address details.
Please allow up to 7 days for this exchange or refund to be processed.
